To answer that, we decided to step back and let the team do the talking. We asked our team a simple question: What do you love about FFG, and why do you stay?

Where Purpose Meets the Daily Grind
Working at a company that supports nonprofits means we get to see the direct result of our efforts. For a lot of the team, this alignment of personal values and daily work is the ultimate differentiator.
